 Practices Anti-NDN racism, sexism, and oppression. Gatekeeps, silences, censors, and ignores Indigenous people. Protects pretendian frauds despite solid evidence they are frauds. Allows other Pretendian frauds to influence them while refusing to look at the evidence provided by the very tribes/nations from which Pretendians claim descent. Refers to leading Indigenous thinkers, philosophers, and intellectuals as frauds. Is a thief of Indigenous knowledge and culture and projects hate when called out. 

 The Association protects pretendian frauds like James "Owl Goingback" Heidbrink and Erika Wurth despite solid evidence they are frauds. Heidbrink stole a respected Cherokee name and the Association allows him to profit from this theft. Both pretendians' portrayals of supposed American Indian characters in their books are tokenizing, stereotypical, monolithic and insulting. the Association does not prevent this and profits from it. They receive a failing grade for harboring pretendians and exploiting fraudulent narratives.
